In the process of the course we have been working with a tool called MACROS. The different letters in MACROS stands for Map, Add, Concrete, Re-design, Optimize and Show. We did some "wake up brain" things to get the creativity flowing. Throughout the process we used some different tools like The six thinking hats, business model canvas and biomimicry.

The problem statement our ours is that longer winters will lead to an increase usage of spiked tires which will lead to increased road wear. The first things to change before starting the MACROS-process was to make new laws requiring for example all wheel drive cars and/or winters driving license.
